For clinics, practices and med spas
How to switch peptide suppliers without disrupting your clinic.
Most practices stay with an overpriced supplier because switching feels risky. It is not - if you overlap stock, verify documentation before the first order, and compare quotes on your real volume instead of one headline item.

Five steps to a clean switch
- Pull your real basketExport your last one to three months of invoices. List the preparations, strengths and monthly volume you actually bought. This basket - not a catalog - is what every quote gets priced against.
- Get quotes on the whole basketSend the same list to two or more suppliers. Comparing the full basket is the only honest comparison: no supplier is cheapest on everything, and the right match is the one strongest on what you buy most.
- Verify registration and documentationConfirm the supplier is registered for the route you buy through and ships into your state. Every order should arrive with a Certificate of Analysis, and every batch should pass independent lab testing - pH, endotoxins and impurities - before it ships.
- Build overlap stockKeep two to four weeks of supply from your current source on hand. Overlap removes all time pressure: the first new order can arrive, get checked against its documentation, and go into use without a gap.
- Cut over quietlyPlace your next order with the new supplier. Keep the old account open until the first delivery arrives and matches its paperwork. Then you are switched - no confrontation, no gap, no rush.
The trap
Why practices stay with suppliers that overcharge them
Switching feels like work, and a single "better price" on one item is easy to dismiss. But suppliers price differently across a whole stock list: the practice that compares one item sees a small difference and stays; the practice that compares its full monthly basket often finds the gap is 20 to 40 percent on the items that drive its spend.
The other trap is comparing unit prices without container size, case minimums and beyond-use dating. A lower unit price with a short beyond-use date or a high minimum can cost more in waste than your current supplier. Compare total monthly cost at your real volume.
When to switch
Signals it is time to compare
Your prices have crept up without an explanation. Backorders or lead times keep slipping. Batch documentation arrives late, incomplete, or only when you chase it. You have added services and your supplier's pricing on the new items was never competitive. Any one of these is enough reason to get competing quotes - comparing costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

Who this is for - and who it is not
This is for clinics, medical practices and med spas buying patient-use preparations through 503A pharmacies or 503B outsourcing facilities. It is entirely separate from research supply: materials sold for laboratory research use only are never for human or patient use, and that route has its own pricing page.
FAQ
Common questions
How long does it take to switch peptide suppliers?
Usually two to four weeks from first quotes to a first order. With two to four weeks of overlap stock, there is no time pressure at all.
Should I tell my current supplier I am switching?
No obligation to. Most practices simply place the next order with the new supplier and keep the old account open until the first delivery checks out.
What should I check before ordering from a new supplier?
Registration for your route, a Certificate of Analysis and independent batch testing on every order, and pricing at your real volume including container size, minimums and beyond-use dating.
How do I compare my current pricing against a new supplier?
Quote your actual basket - the preparations, strengths and volumes from your last one to three months of invoices. Never compare on one headline item.
Does switching require new prescriptions or patient paperwork?
No. Quote requests never need patient information. Prescriptions only come into play for real patient-specific orders through the 503A route.
What does it cost to get competing quotes through The Clinic Review?
Nothing for your facility. You describe what you buy, we source quotes from our supplier network, and you buy directly from whichever supplier you choose.
